Unlike other pay-as-you-go phones, this one allows you to keep track of calls, text messages, block numbers and block text messages that you don’t want your teen to receive, keep track of your teen with the built in GPS system, and it also has a time manager. There are No contracts, no activation fees, and no surprise bills. They also offer a nice selection of slim phones, flip phones, as well as the LG Rumor which sports a full QWERTY keypad. Kajeet is running on Nationwide coverage from Sprint PCS so you can expect quality calls and coverage in most areas. Phone plans range from $4.99 a month to $29.99 a month, and prices vary for additional features.

    This actually looks like a fairly decent plan for someone looking for prepaid service. At $29.99 a month for 300 minutes it’s comparible to many base monthly plans. I noticed while being a nice feature, the GPS service is an extra $10 a month, but they do let you try it for free the first three months.
